The most we will pay for any one claim is £2,000,000

Replacement Locks

We will pay up to £250 for any one claim

Accidental Loss of Oil & Metered Water

We will pay up to £1,000 for any one claim

Policy Excess

An excess of £85 applies to all Tenants Contents claims
